I would say that thanatophobia does a tiny bit of something once you kill two survivors. It is pretty easy to keep one or both of the other survivors hurt at that point. If you have one down and one hurt it takes a bit longer for them to heal the down survivor as well. But it will once again be trash when the devs "fix" it.
